bocabelle.com is operated by Bocabelle, Boca Raton, Florida. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

The items

Our pieces are pre-owned or vintage. Condition, flaws and measurements are described in each listing. Colors may vary slightly between screens. A brand is named only when the piece carries that brand's marks. We do not state precious metal, genuine stone or pearl content unless the listing says it has been confirmed.

Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars. Each item is one of a kind, and the same piece may be listed elsewhere. If an item sells out before your order is processed, we will cancel that item and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify. We may cancel an order in the case of a pricing error or suspected fraud; any payment is refunded in full.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
