Refund policy

Every Bocabelle piece is pre-owned and one of a kind. We describe and photograph each item carefully, including any wear, so you know exactly what you are getting.

All sales are final

We do not accept returns for change of mind, fit or size. Please check the measurements and photos before you buy, and email us with any questions first. We're happy to help.

If something is wrong

If your item arrives damaged, or is not as described, email bocabellelux@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will make it right with a full refund including shipping once the item is returned to us in the condition it was sent.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of our receiving the return.
